The Langon Bali Resort in Nusa Dua exceeded our expectations in every way. The infinity pool was stunning and well-maintained, offering a beautiful view. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a living room, balcony. The hotel provided bikes for exploring the area, and the pricing was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the checkout process was quick.

We arrived at 10 at night and there was no place to get some food or drinks,no bars in the resort at all,the staff were friendly,but couldnt understand us much,no entertainment at all,just nothing at all there,even the fridge,we had a fridge menu,but nothing inside,the pool was the highlight,very good!,how ever if you choose to stay there you should realise how far it is away from the main road,and its very hard to travel each day from there,the breakfast good,but I did say to my wife how unhappy all of our fellow guests looked,

It was really excellent value for money. The bed was large, we had a good rest.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated, providing an enhanced level of comfort during our stay. The highlight for us was definitely the infinity pool, which offered breathtaking views that we simply couldn't get enough of. We truly appreciate the outstanding service we received here.

Very polite and helpful staff, shuttle service to town reliable and efficient, need more staff that can speak english , there was noises in the ceiling at night which sounded like rats,. Overall excellent value for money but not enough facilites on premises. A good place to base yourself for day trips etc.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provided a shuttle service to nearby areas, such as Nusa Dua Beach and Bali Collection. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and comfortable pool and rooms with beautiful views. Additionally, the location was convenient, being close to a supermarket and various restaurants.

The hotel offered a free pickup from the airport and a shuttle service to nearby attractions. the breakfast had good options and the staff were friendly. the room was comfortable and had a great view.

The hotel location was a bit remote and there were some issues with the wifi in the room. the shuttle service made it easy to explore the area and the view from the hotel and the comfortable room made up for any inconvenience.

The hotel is value for money. The room is clean, awesome pool perched on edge of the hill with a nice view. Staff was always helpful and accommodating during business hrs. breakfast was delivered to pool side, room, pretty much anywhere in the hotel. They will pick you up from airport and provide free driver service and drop you off/pickup at anywhere within Nusa Dua.

The hotel is a testing/training ground for STP hospitality training school hence service can sometimes be a little spotty, lack professionalism or uncertain about hotel SOP. We encountered crawlers (huge furry spider, huge roach, huge bugs) in our bathroom - almost 1 new insect each day - however staff was able to help with getting rid of it. Their king bed was originally two singles put together - we complained and got a proper room with the proper king bed. There is a lot of construction for expansion going on it can get noisy during the day. The location is not convenient for walking to points of interests (its in the middle of nowhere) however ok if you are renting a car/driver for the day.

The cleanliness od the room and the politeness of the people which is normal in the balinese culture.

The service standard in terms of the amenities leaves poor.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Nusa Dua beach area, making it easy to access various tourist attractions. the rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. the breakfast offers a great variety of options to suit different preferences. the views from the room are breathtaking, overlooking the lush greenery.

The hotel lacks a proper on-site restaurant and bar, which can be inconvenient who prefer to stay within the hotel premise for their meals.

We liked the fact that airport transport is free as well as shuttle anywhere in Nusa Dua area. Best of all the room is very spacious, comfortable & clean and the views are excellent. Very good place to relax, reflect & unwind after a long day's seminar.

There is free wifi in the lobby & restaurant but no signal inside our rooms.

It was quiet & not many guest , What I like the most was they provide hotel transfer .

I don't like the breakfast was cold when they bring to the table & the waiter smelled !
